Refund policy
We accept returns on most items that we sell (except for electrical parts, boat covers, biminis, non-skid flooring, special order items, and upholstery orders) for a full refund within 30 days. Please call or email us at info@inboardpartshq.com.

Product Requirements
- Items must be in new condition and must not have been installed or used.
- Non-Skid flooring (ie. SeaDek, GatorStep, and more) cannot be returned and refunded unless it is still in the original packaging and was not a custom ordered kit.
- All Boat Covers and Biminis can not be returned and refunded.
- Electrical parts are only eligible for warranty returns dependent upon the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
- Upholstery orders such ask seat skins cannot be returned and will not be refunded.

Return Authorization
All returns must be approved and have a return slip included within the package. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer. To submit a return authorization form please click here.
